After years working inside large-scale manufacturing and distribution operations, DaMonica and Vernon kept seeing the same problem — organizations investing in new technology without ever properly preparing the operation for it. Systems went live. Teams weren't ready. Vendors moved on. And the people responsible for making it work were left to figure it out on their own.

They had both lived through what it takes to actually close that gap — not from a consulting role, but from inside the operation, at the floor level, across functions, under real pressure. When the opportunity came to build something around that experience, the answer was clear.

DaMonica is a systems-driven operations leader with a proven track record of preparing organizations for successful technology adoption, multi-site execution, and sustained operational performance.

Her background spans manufacturing, distribution, and government contracting — environments where precision, coordination, and on-time execution are not optional. As a Project Manager in global Foreign Military Sales operations, she coordinated the deployment of integrators across multiple domestic and international locations simultaneously to support mission-critical aircraft installations. Timing wasn't a preference — it was a requirement.

At a large manufacturing client, she led the implementation of a freight and carrier management platform transforming how inbound materials were coordinated across a complex, multi-site supply chain. She also drove cross-functional alignment across materials, procurement, logistics, and production teams, improving inventory accuracy and standardizing workflows in an environment where consistency directly impacted output.

DaMonica's strength lies in operational readiness and execution alignment — particularly in environments where field operations depend on timely material delivery and well-defined processes. She works directly with stakeholders to define current and future-state workflows, establish governance, and ensure that each function is prepared to operate effectively within a new system environment.

Vernon is an operations and transformation leader focused on process optimization, change management, and performance improvement within complex operational environments.

At a large-scale manufacturing client, Vernon led the implementation of a Yard Management System beginning with a successful pilot at a single location that the organization trusted enough to roll out nationwide based on its results. He also contributed to the implementation of freight and carrier management software, ensuring cross-functional coordination from procurement through delivery was aligned both before and after go-live.

His most defining result: helping a major manufacturing organization achieve its strongest inventory accuracy performance in nearly a decade — following years of significant losses. That result didn't come from a new system. It came from disciplined process implementation, cross-functional accountability, and sustained focus on execution at the floor level — long after the launch window closed.
